Description
Berry and Mint Fruit Salsa is the perfect dish for the summer. Light and bursting with fresh berry flavor. You can skip the spoon with this salsa and just use the cinnamon sugar chips instead - it's 100% a better idea!

Berry and Mint Fruit Salsa
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- Juice of 2 Limes + Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
Cinnamon Sugar Chips
- 5 Corn or Flour Tortillas
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
Cinnamon Sugar Chips
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice a couple of tortillas into pie slices/triangle shapes.
- Lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the cut tortillas with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on top. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely before enjoying with the salsa.
Berry and Mint Fruit Salsa
- In a large bowl add in your blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Slice or quarter your strawberries depending on how big they are.
- Using a zester, zest 2 whole limes, then juice both limes over the berries.
- Julienne your fresh mint leaves and add to the bowl.
- Lastly, add in some fresh local honey, stir, and serve with cinnamon and sugar chips!
