Description

Healthy Caesar Dressing is going to be your go to salad dressing! All the flavor of the traditional salad dressing but without all the guilt!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1 Clove Garlic 
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese - shredded
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Worseshire Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a blender add in all the ingredients.
  2. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Add to a mason jar or air tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
