Description

This Melon Berry Fruit Salad is bursting with all the flavors of summer! Make this easy and healthy salad to enjoy throughout your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1-pint blueberries
  • 1-pint strawberries, diced
  • 5 cups watermelon, cubed or balled
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon local honey
  • Couple sprigs of mint (roughly 1 tablespoon), chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash all berries and mint completely and let dry.
  2. Quater or dice the strawberries and place in large bowl.
  3. Cube (or use a melon baller) and place in large bowl with strawberries along with blueberries.
  4. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over top of the fruit, drizzle tablespoon of honey and add in chopped mint.
  5. Toss until all mixed together and enjoy!
