Description
This dessert dip is going to be a hit! An edible cookie dough loaded with old-fashioned oatmeal, peanut butter, mini M&M's, and all brought together with cream cheese to make it smooth and creamy. It is served cold and made in minutes. Serve as a sweet appetizer or dessert dip for any Southern party or gathering - I love scooping this up with animal crackers or graham crackers!
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 Ounces cream cheese - softened
- 1 Cup butter - softened
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- ¼ Cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup old fashion oatmeal

- Add the sugars and heavy cream. Mix.
- Add the vanilla and salt. Mix
- Add in the oatmeal and mix together.
- Finally, add in the mini chocolate chips and mini M&M's and mix one last time.
- Scrape down the sides with a spatula and spoon into a serving bowl, and serve immediately with graham crackers or animal crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
