This dessert dip is going to be a hit! An edible cookie dough loaded with old-fashioned oatmeal, peanut butter, mini M&M's, and all brought together with cream cheese to make it smooth and creamy. It is served cold and made in minutes. Serve as a sweet appetizer or dessert dip for any Southern party or gathering - I love scooping this up with animal crackers or graham crackers!

Y'all - where has the summer gone!? This is the last of the 8 cold dips in this summer series, and I have loved making them all. We are going out with a band with this 10-minute dessert dip that big and small kids alike will love.
I live with a real-life cookies monster (my husband), so this one was for him. I whipped together a base of butter and cream cheese with some brown and powdered sugar. It's like cake frosting and cookie dough met and had a baby - delectable!
Toss in the rest of the ingredients and whip up together until light and fluffy. Everyone will love it!

⭐️PRO TIP ⭐️ - before you start, make sure to leave your cream cheese and butter out on the counter at least 30 minutes before starting the recipe. Having these softened is the key to getting a really light, fluffy, and creamy smooth texture. Trust me, too many times I have been impatient and tried to whip them cold or worse microwave them (yikes - it always melts) and it just doesn't work. It also is key to not having any lumps in the dip. Learn from my many mistakes and just let these come up to room temp before you start.

PS - it is hard to pick, but I think the dill pickle dip is still my favorite from this series - what about you? Send me a message letting me know which one you enjoyed the most!
