Description

Made with just your favorite rosé, fresh peaches, and a touch of simple syrup, this 3 Ingredient Peach Frosé is a straightforward refreshing summer cocktail. Blend these elements together in a blender for a cool, fruity concoction that captures the essence of the season with minimal effort, offering a refreshing way to enjoy an adult beverage.

Ingredients

Scale

Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar

Frose

  • 8 Ripe Peaches
  • 1 Bottle of Your Favorite Rosé

Instructions

Simple Syrup

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, add the water and sugar. Turn on medium heat.
  2. Bring to a low boil and let cook for 10 minutes. It will reduce down to a thick syrup over that time. Stir at the beginning to help dissolve the sugar.
  3. Once the time is up, remove from the heat and pour into a mason jar or airtight container (if not glass let it cool first).
  4. Store in the fridge and use in any drink or cocktail that needs to be sweetened.

Frosé

  1. Pour a bottle of rosé into a large Tupperware container. Place the lid on and place in the freezer for 24 hours to freeze.
  2. Dice ripe peaches into small cubes and place them in a gallon freezer-safe zip-top bag or Tupperware and place them in the freezer for 24 hours to freeze.
  3. Once the rosé and peaches are fully frozen, take them out of the freezer.
  4. Using a spoon or fork, gently scrape the rosé. It will make a nice slushie/icy mixture. Place in a large blender along with the frozen peaches.
  5. Add your desired amount of simple syrup for sweetness. You can always taste and add more, so start out with 1-2 tablespoons and add more if you want it to be sweeter.
  6. Blend on high for 60 seconds or until a thick smoothie-like consistency.
  7. Pour into wine glasses, serve with fresh mint, and enjoy!

To serve, place back in a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds to make into a slushie consistency again and serve with fresh mint.
  2. To Store Leftovers: Place in a large pitcher and wrap tightly with plastic wrap 3 times to make it airtight. Store in the freezer for up to a month. To serve, place back in a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds to make into a slushie consistency again and serve with fresh mint.
  • To store simple syrup, keep it in a sealed mason jar in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
