This rich and creamy brownie batter dip comes together in just 5 minutes using simple ingredients you may already have stocked. No boxed brownie mix required! Severed cold and made with cream cheese, butter, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. It's an easy no-bake dessert that's perfect for scooping up with graham crackers at parties, holidays, or movie nights!

- 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
- ½ cup butter - softened
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and butter. Using a hand mixer, beat for 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, salt, and vanilla bean paste. Beat for 1-2 minutes until smooth and well combined. It will start to lighten in color and become really fluffy and easy to spread around.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with graham crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
