Mexican Mule is a refreshing spin on a classic mule cocktail. Everything you love about an ice-cold mule but with your favorite tequila. Pairs perfect with chips, queso, and tacos!


  • Ice
  • 2 Ounce Tequila
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 6 Ounces Ginger Beer
  • Lime or Plain Sparkling Water
  • Mint Sprig, and Lime Wedges for Garnish


  1. Fill your copper mug with ice 3/4 of the way up.
  2. Pour in 2 ounces of tequila.
  3. Add in lime juice.
  4. Pour in 6 ounces of Ginger Beer.
  5. Top off the rest of the glass with sparkling water. I usually use lime-flavored sparkling water, but regular is just fine too.
  6. Finish off with a fresh mint spring and lime wedge and ENJOY!


  • To make a virgin, make according to the recipe but hold the tequila.
