– 3-4 Jalapeños* - finely diced– ½ Bunch Green Onion - thinly sliced– 12 Ounces Fresh Cranberries (1 bag)– ½ Cup Sugar– Zest of 1 Orange– Juice of ¼ of Orange– ½ Teaspoon Cumin– ¼ Teaspoon Salt– ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
1. Finely dice the jalapenos and green onions. Add to a food processor.
2. Add in 1 bag of fresh cranberries, and the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Pulse around 10 times just to mix and finely dice the cranberries.
Chill in fridge for at least an hour.
Spread a block of cream cheese over apie plate thinly.
Spoon over cranberry dip and serve with Carr's water crackers. Enjoy!
