Description

Create a smooth and creamy whipped feta dip with honey and pistachios, combining salty and sweet flavors in a cold dip - perfect to serve at any party. Ingredients

  • 7 Ounce Block of Feta Cheese*
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese 
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Honey, Pistachios, and a Fresh Thyme Sprig for Topping

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese and feta cheese (broken into smaller chunks), olive oil, garlic, thyme, and salt to a food processor. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and drizzle generously with honey on top.
  3. Garnish with more fresh thyme and pistachios. Serve with crackers, pita bread, and/or fresh veggies.
