- 7 Ounce Block Feta Cheese*
- 4 Ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme
- Pinch of Salt
- Honey, Pistachios & Thyme Sprig for topping
Instructions
- Add cheeses, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and salt to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Place whipped feta into a shallow bowl and drizzle generously with honey on top.
- Finished with more fresh thyme and pistachios. Serve with crackers, pita bread, and veggies.

- Use a feta cheese BLOCK and not the CRUMBLES for this recipe. These can usually be found in the specialty cheese section of your deli.
