Description

Homemade Garlic and Fresh Herb Butter is a flavorful blend of garlic powder, assorted fresh herbs, and butter. It can be enjoyed on things like buttermilk biscuits or skillet cornbread, or to finish a steak for something extra special. With just a handful of ingredients and a few minutes, you can whip up this gourmet condiment right in your kitchen with little effort! 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter OR 1 Homemade Butter Recipe - softened/room temperature 
  • 1 Teaspoon  Fresh Dill, Chives, Basil, and Parsley* - finely minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Add softened butter to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Finely mince all the herbs and add to the butter along with the salt and garlic powder.
  3. Mix until everything is combined and evenly distributed throughout the butter.
  4. Place in an airtight container or roll into a log shape in parchment paper and store in the fridge until needed.

Notes

  • Keep covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • To freeze, place in an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 6 months. Place in the fridge for 24 hours to thaw before using. 
  • Any and all combos of the herbs can be used if desired.
