- 12 Ounce Bag of Cheddar Cheese (1 bag )*
- 1 1/2 Cups Kodiak Cakes All Purpose Baking Mix
- 3/4 Teaspoon White Pepper

- In a large bowl add in all ingredients except milk. Using your hands (I like to wear gloves), mix all ingredients thoroughly. It will take a couple of minutes. Really massage all ingredients together.
- Add in milk and mix again until all the ingredients form together in a dough. You may need a splash more of milk if the mixture is still dry and baking mix is still not combined.
- Either using your hands or a cookie scoop, form balls and place in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
Notes
- Sausage Balls will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can also freeze the balls once cooked, store in a freezer safe ziplock bag and store for 6-9 months. To thaw either allow to defrost in the fridge for 2 days or place in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes until warmed.
- You may use any bag of cheese you have or desire - doesn't have to be cheddar.
