- 1/2 Cup Butter OR 1 Homemade Butter Recipe - softened/room temperature
- 1/4 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan
- 2 Green Onions - finely sliced, white and green tips
- 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Add softened butter to a medium-sized bowl.
- With a microplane or fine cheese grater, grate parmesan and add to the bowl.
- Finely chop the white ends and green tops of the green onions and add to the butter.
- Last, add freshly cracked black pepper. Mix until everything is combined and evenly distributed throughout the butter.
- Place in an airtight container or roll into a log shape in parchment paper and store in the fridge until needed.
Notes
- Keep covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- To freeze, place in an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 6 months. Place in the fridge for 24 hours to thaw before using.
