Cream cheese and pepper jelly dip is put together in 2 minutes using only 3 ingredients, and is my #1 appetizer that I serve personally. No cooking is required, and this is served cold with Carr's water crackers. It is the perfect sweet and spicy appetizer to toss quickly together for any party.

Y'all. How has this pepper jelly dip recipe not made it to the blog until now?! With all the easy cold dip recipes on Fueling a Southern Soul (it's basically our love language), this one is long overdue.
Confession: I've had this dip many times as my entire dinner. No shame. Just cream cheese, jelly, crackers, and pure happiness. (The cranberry jalapeño version is just as good, by the way. Highly recommend.)
I've loved this recipe forever. I recently shared my mom's homemade sweet red pepper jelly and sweet and spicy green pepper jelly, a staple in our fridge growing up (and still today). You'll always find a jar of jelly in the fridge door and at least one block of cream cheese tucked in the back.
And let's not forget the true MVP: Carr's Water Crackers. Pantry, third shelf, far right. 😉 It must be Carr's...no substitutions.

This is also easy to double or half, depending on how many people you have enjoying this. If it's just Justin and me, I'll do half a block of cream cheese and about a couple of spoonfuls of jelly. But if you have a big group of people, make a big batch with 2 blocks of cream cheese and the appropriate amount of jelly.

The amount of jelly you use is totally up to you. The ratio depends on whether you like more jelly or more cream cheese. You choose!

Recipe
2-Minute Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Dip (Serve Cold)
- Total Time: 2 minutes
- Yield: 6-8 1x
Description
Cream cheese and pepper jelly dip is put together in 2 minutes using only 3 ingredients. With no cooking required, this is served cold with Carr's water crackers. It is the perfect sweet and spicy appetizer to toss quickly together for any party.
Ingredients
- 8 Ounce Block Cream Cheese - cold
- 4-8 Ounces Red Pepper or Green Pepper Jelly
- 1 Box Carr's Water Crackers
Instructions
- To a large plate or platter, remove the cold cream cheese from its packaging and place it in the middle. Spread out into a thin layer on the platter.
- Spoon over the pepper jelly on top of the cream cheese.
- Serve with Carr's Water Crackers around it and enjoy!
Notes
- This is best served right away. It is easy to double or even half depending on how much you need. I wouldn't recommend keeping any leftovers - just make a new plate and serve it fresh.
- Any store-bought pepper jelly can be used if you do not want to make your own.
