Ok y'all - week 2 of the new summer dip series and it's the first sweet one! Last week I shared my personal favorite savory one - dill pickle dip, and this week it's my personal sweet fav! Remember the criteria of all these new cold dips?

  1. made in 1 bowl
  2. no cooking
  3. served cold
  4. and 100% irresistble

And this marshmallow fluff fruit dip checks all of those boxes, and I cannot get enough of it! Honestly, it's meant to be served as a party dip, but it's the perfect dessert for the summer (see fam below enjoying it on the porch for dessert just this week 🙂 ). Made with cream cheese and sweetened with marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar - it's just the right amount of sweet to end the summer night!

A clear glass bowl containing a small block of cream cheese sits on a wooden cutting board atop a speckled gray countertop.
Leave the cream cheese out on the counter for at least 30 minutes to soften, then add it to a bowl. Trust me, after many many MANY times of not doing this, the recipe will be fine taste-wise, but you will never be able to whip the lump completely out of a cold cream cheese - I have tried, haha!

Whip the cream cheese with a hand mixer just for 30 seconds or so until it's all smooth and creamy with no lumps. This just makes the rest of the dip super smooth and easy to mix together.

Add in a jar of the fluff - FYI, this is super messy, and I have not found a great way to easily get it out of the container, so good luck 😉

Side note - any baking or dessert recipes I have, I always use Nielson-Massey's Vanilla Bean Paste - the little flecks of vanilla bean just gets me, and the flavor is so so good. Just see the screenshot of how many times I have purchased this on Amazon lol. If you don't have it, just sub in an equal amount of vanilla extract.
