I mean can we all just agree that Christmas time is the best time of year! I love it so much. So many fun parties, special events, and things to look forward to!
Cranberry Pomegranate Christmas Punch is a little extra special treat for us all to sip on throughout the holiday season! Serve it up with White Chocolate Peppermint & Pretzel Cookies and The Best Holiday Spicy Cranberry Dip. It pairs perfectly with any cheese board or holiday dinner to. There is always an occasion for special bubbly!
Ingredients Needed
Punch is so easy to make and it serves A TON! The recipe is easily adaptable for any amount you need, large or small.
The basic ratios are 2 to 1 -- 2 equal parts of cranberry and pomegranate juice to 1 equal part ginger ale and sparkling water. For example:
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1 cup sparkling water
Plus champagne is to be added at the end.
How to Make
Easy as that! So you can make just 1 pitcher full or use a punch bowl and feed a crowd.
I dressed it up a bit by making an ice ring filled with fresh cranberries, pomegranate arils, lemon, lime, and sprigs of fresh rosemary.
It helped keep the punch cool all night and it was a festive and fresh touch. Make sure to watch the video to see just how easy it was to make! If you don't have a bundt pan, you can make it in a regular ice cube tray or just place ice cubes in the punch along with all the fresh berries and herbs.
I served this alongside champagne and Vodka for those who wanted to make a cocktail.
I personally loved it with champagne (prosecco or any dry sparkling wine works as well)! However, I like to keep the whole punch mix without alcohol for those who prefer not to have anything. That way everyone can enjoy a drink to their liking.
Cranberry Pomegranate Christmas Punch is a delicious, festive and easy addition to your Christmas party! Merry Christmas friends!

Description
Cranberry Pomegranate Christmas Punch is the perfect drink for all your holiday parties. This pairs perfectly with champagne or Vodka for a special adult treat too!
Ingredients
For the Punch
- 32 Ounces Cranberry Juice
- 32 Ounces Pomegranate Juice
- 1 Liter Gingerale
- 1 Liter Sparkling Water
- 1 Bottle of Champagne*
For Ice Ring
- Bundt Pan
- ½-1 Cup Pomegranate Arils
- ½ - 1 Cup Cranberries
- Couple Springs Fresh Rosemary
- ½ Lime - sliced
- ½ Lemon - sliced
Instructions
How to Make Ice Ring
- Fill a bundt pan with water ¾ full.
- Add in pomegranate arils, cranberries, sliced lemon, and lime and rosemary sprigs. Place in freezer for 24 hours before needed.
Punch
- In a large punch bowl add cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, ginger ale, and sparkling water. Stir to combine.
- Pop the ice ring from the bundt pan and place it in the punch bowl.
- Serve alone or with Champagne or Vodka for an adult Christmas beverage option.
Notes
- The recipe can easily be halved for a smaller recipe. It is a 2-1 ratio (2 equal parts juices to 1 equal part ginger ale and water). You can make the amount desired with those ratios.
- If you do not have a bundt pan, you can make the ice mold in an ice tray. Or just add ice to the punch bowl along with all the fresh ingredients.
- I like to add the champagne (or vodka) in each glass so that those who don't or can't drink can still enjoy this cocktail!
